About me
I am currently working with the Australian Antarctic Division, working with the Media & Communications team to manage both the external and internal web presence of the division. A large focus of the role is progressively enhancing the performance and accessibility of web content.
Working primarily in HTML, SCSS, JS and PHP through the ProcessWire content management framework.
In the seven years prior I worked for Sush in a Project Management role. A large part of my work with Sush was maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure as the business grew from 30 to 80+ staff.
In terms of education, I'm currently studying a Bachelor of ICT with the University of Tasmania to formalise and diversify my knowledge. I have previously completed my Cert IV in Project Management through a traineeship with Sush.
Outside of tech, I founded Boundless Agency in 2017 as a divergance into the artist/event management space. Boundless is now managed by Spencer Shannon-Hanson, with my role moving to an ad-hoc consultant whenever advice on the business direction is required.

Huon Bush Retreats
A great eco-friendly place to stay & experience nature in the Huon Valley. They're located in the beautiful Mount Misery Reserve.
The old site was dated, not particularly friendly for mobile devices and had links to 4 (...yes 4!) different booking systems throughout the site. We stripped it right back to the basics, made it mobile friendly, easy to edit and much faster to load.
